Question 1

What exactly am I getting with the pre-sale offer?

Accepted Answer

You lock in your membership before we open with a $1 initiation fee (normally $99) and pay no membership dues until our grand opening. Standard Membership ($89/mo) includes gym and Social Lounge access. Premium Membership ($249/mo) adds unlimited access to our group recovery rooms — cold plunge, hot plunge, sauna, and red light — plus 7 free guest passes (one-time use).

Question 2

When do I get charged?

Accepted Answer

Just the $1 initiation fee today. Your membership dues don't begin until our grand opening in December 2026.

Question 3

When does Third Place open?

Accepted Answer

We're planning on opening in December 2026, and all pre-sale members get full access starting day one.

Question 4

Can I upgrade my membership later?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. Once we open, you're welcome to upgrade to a higher-tier membership at any time.

Question 5

Can I cancel before I'm charged?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can cancel any time before our grand opening and you will never be charged membership dues. Just email support@thirdplacefit.com to cancel.

Question 6

Is the $1 initiation fee refundable?

Accepted Answer

The $1 initiation fee is non-refundable, even if you cancel before our grand opening. This fee secures your pre-sale spot.

Question 7

What happens if I don't cancel?

Accepted Answer

When we open, your card will automatically be charged your membership rate — $89/month for Standard or $249/month for Premium — and your membership will continue at that rate.

Question 8

How do I cancel my membership?

Accepted Answer

Email us directly at support@thirdplacefit.com with your cancellation request.

Question 9

Why is this offer limited?

Accepted Answer

Pre-sale pricing is only available to a limited number of early members. Once those spots are gone, this offer is gone for good.

Question 10

What do I get access to as a pre-sale member?

Standard members get full access to our Weights Floor, Cardio Zone, and Social Lounge. Premium members get all of that plus unlimited access to the group recovery rooms — cold plunge, hot plunge, sauna, and red light.

Question 11

Will I hear updates before the gym opens?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pre-sale members are added to our exclusive email and SMS list, where you'll get behind-the-scenes build updates, opening timelines, and exclusive content from inside the facility before we even open our doors.
